If your package is missing, damaged, or appears to be stalled, you may file a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number and any required documentation, such as proof of purchase and photos of damaged items. USPS claim eligibility and filing deadlines vary depending on the shipping service used.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, the item must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In the same condition as received
• With all original tags attached

Once your claim is approved, a store credit in the form of a digital gift card will be issued.
