Welcome to Pistacchio Smocks & Co. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
ORDER DETAILS
Please review all items, sizes, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Orders are processed quickly, and for this reason, we are unable to make changes, edits, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all information entered at checkout is accurate.
READY-TO-SHIP & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
We offer both ready-to-ship and pre-order items.
Ready-to-Ship Items
These items are in stock and will ship within our standard processing timeframe.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are purchased before they are physically in stock. Estimated arrival dates (ETA) are provided as a guideline only and may change due to production timelines, shipping delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Some pre-order items may be displayed using mockup images. Final products may vary slightly in color, trim, placement, fabric, or minor design details due to the production process.
If any significant changes occur, we will notify customers. In these cases, you may have the option to proceed with the updated item, receive store credit, or request a refund to the original payment method.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept potential timeline changes and minor variations.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective.
To request a claim, please email a clear photo of the issue to pistacchiosmocks@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
If approved, we may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, minor mockup variations, or shipping delays caused by carriers.
ORDER SAFETY & CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, inventory discrepancies, overselling, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, unsafe transactions, or inappropriate behavior.
If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
SHIPPING
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
