Ready-to-Ship Items
All ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order purchases, please refer to the Turnaround Time (TAT) provided on each individual product page. Timelines vary by item and may begin after the pre-order window closes or as otherwise noted in the listing.
PLEASE NOTE
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Processing times may be extended during high-volume launches or promotional periods.
• Shipping time is separate from processing time and is determined by the carrier.
• Once a package has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
