What does TAT mean?

TAT stands for Turnaround Time.

This is the amount of time needed for us to create and prepare your order before it ships.

Many of our pieces are handmade, smocked, or hand-embroidered, so each garment is carefully crafted before it leaves our studio.

The current TAT will always be listed on the product page.

Please note that TAT does not include shipping time. Shipping begins once your order has been completed and shipped.

What is the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items?

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items are already made and typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Pre-Order (PO) items are made after your order is placed and require the full Turnaround Time before shipping.

The estimated timeline will always be listed on the product page.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders allow you to order in advance while your item is being made just for you.

Because these pieces are custom ordered through our preorder process, they require the full listed turnaround time before shipping.

When will I be charged for a pre-order?

Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

How long do pre-orders take?

Pre-orders typically take 8–10 weeks to ship, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Can I make changes or cancel a pre-order?

Because preorder items are planned and produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations after an order is placed.

Please review your order details carefully before checking out.

What happens if a pre-order does not get enough orders?

If a preorder does not move forward, your purchase will be refunded or you may be offered the option to choose another item from a different order.

If I order RTS and Pre-Order items together, when will my order ship?

If your order includes both Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is finished.

If you would like Ready-to-Ship items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

How do I request a size or ask about fit?

Do you offer name embroidery or personalization?

Some items may offer name embroidery or personalization.

If personalization is available, it will be listed on the product page. If you have a special request, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help.

Care Instructions

Hand-Embroidered Pieces

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Lay flat or hang to air dry
  • Iron inside out on low heat if needed
Avoid high heat dryers as they can damage embroidery.

Smocked Pieces

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Wash on gentle cycle with cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Lay flat or hang to dry
  • Iron inside out if needed
Avoid stretching the smocking while wet.

Woven Fabrics

  • Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Iron low if needed

Knit Fabrics

  • Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
  • Turn garment inside out
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Lay flat or tumble dry low

Bamboo Fabric

  • Wash cold on gentle cycle
  • Turn garment inside out
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Lay flat or hang to dry
  • Avoid high heat drying
High heat may cause bamboo fabric to shrink or lose softness.
What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
